About Scott

With over 20 years of experience as a C-level operations leader in professional services, Scott has helped partner-led B2B services companies navigate the challenges of rapid growth. His expertise lies in transforming businesses that have grown "too big, too fast" into structured, scalable organizations with sustainable success.

Most recently, Scott served as the fractional COO of Impact 4 Good, guiding their growth from $2M to $6M in less than 2 years. Prior to that, he was the fractional COO at Suite Spot, where he helped the team navigate rapid market transitions during the Covid pandemic.

While serving as a fractional COO, Scott also advises multiple clients ranging from pre-revenue startups to established companies on how to improve operations, implement OKRs, align their executive team, and work on leadership development.

Prior to consulting and serving as a fractional COO, Scott was the COO of Silverline, growing from $7M to $45M in less than 5 years, which included raising capital and a successful exit for the founders.

Scott has also held multiple roles as the head of professional services for organizations focused on CRM implementations, business intelligence solutions, and cloud-based technology services.

In the world of corporate goal setting, the sweet spot is setting targets where you achieve about 70-80% of your goals. This approach encourages thinking bigger and taking calculated risks while remaining grounded in reality. I believe the “stretch” is what accelerates both achievement and happiness.

The name comes from my personal journey

Over a decade ago, a physical therapist told me I’d never touch my toes due to extremely tight muscles. My wife introduced me to yoga, and after 2,000+ hours of practice, I now touch them with ease. This experience embodies my core belief: with the right support, systems, and persistence, seemingly impossible goals become achievable realities.
